Shared service for AIRSHELTER and HydroLounge. OUR APPROACH TO FAIRNESS
Premium does not end at checkout.
We develop products with clear functions and clearly identified parts. Our aim: lasting use, straightforward shopping and a fair route to repair.
01
Fair replacement.
We aim to make the smallest practical replaceable unit accessible. Function, watertightness and safe installation determine what can be replaced individually.
Our aim is to let you replace the part you need. Package contents, price and delivery costs should be clear before you buy.
02
The route to the right replacement should remain available.
We aim to retain the parts record for the version you bought. This is our development goal. It is not a promise to keep every part permanently in stock. Availability, sourcing time, price and approved replacements should be clear before you order.
03
A premium product deserves a long life.
Our aim is a design that can be used, maintained and repaired for a long time. We will make a specific service-life or supply-period commitment once it is supported by reliable testing.
04
Your product version is retained.
Current catalogue changes do not overwrite the version originally delivered. A successor part requires its own compatibility approval.

Planned process after approval for sale
Try an example product passHow we assess the concept.
First, materials, interfaces and package contents are defined. Real sample, installation and functional tests follow, along with documented approval. Reliable product claims can then be based on these results.
Watertightness requires its own evidence.
Watertightness, attachment and wind performance are separate testing questions. A watertight water cell alone does not prove the storm resistance of the complete system.
